Telekom Flagship Store Hamburg
Telekom is opening its largest shop in Europe in Hamburg, located at Spitaler Straße 3. Just a few minutes' walk from Hamburg Central Station and situated in the heart of the pedestrian zone, the shop offers over 1,000 square meters of space for individual consultations with private and business customers, as well as an immersive product experience.

With various consulting areas spanning 835 square meters of pure retail space spread across two floors, on-site experts attend to every service and purchase inquiry. Additionally, visitors have the opportunity to try out devices and applications in the numerous demo corners.
The Magenta-Zuhause-Lounge showcases the latest technologies for home networking, SmartHome, and MagentaTV. The repair bar provides smartphone repair services, and a coffee bar invites visitors to relax. Meanwhile, parents can receive consultations while their children enjoy the specially designated kids' play areas.
Emphasizing sustainability and environmental consciousness, the Telekom has introduced a new shop design in Hamburg. The company utilizes recycled furniture, sustainable materials, and incorporates abundant greenery within the interior. Moreover, the shop offers refurbished pre-owned phones for sale and accepts old devices for recycling.
